Pathetic seeing the popularity of these myths. The Kehluri Chandels have nothing to do with the Chanderi nor do they originate from there. The presence of such architecture also doesn’t prove anything as it’s widespread across northern, western and central/eastern regions.

@TsaVigilance Speak for yourself. Pahari states themselves aren’t a monolith. Meat consumption is high across all the Himalayan regions not just higher ones. Some may have abandoned it due to Vaishnavism influence and Guru culture recently but majority haven’t.

@AshlateReyn1103 @IndianTintin_ You are talking to one. We don't eat as much meat as people assume. Most of the time, vegetarian food is cooked. Only in the higher Himalayas were people traditionally heavy meat eaters, and even that has largely declined because of modernization.
