I built an AI prospector that finds ugly yards, renders a landscaping upgrade into the photo, and mails the homeowner a personalized postcard showing the before/after, fully autonomous. here's how landscapers can close $8k-15k jobs with this system: - scans satellite imagery to find single-family homes with bare dirt yards - scores each property as upgrade-ready based on lot size, build year, and existing landscaping - renders a photorealistic landscaping upgrade into the actual yard (lawn, flagstone pathway, flower beds, hedges) - pulls the homeowner direct from ATTOM property records, confirms owner-occupied - calculates the ROI: $8,500 investment, +$38,500 home value lift, 217% return - generates and mails a 6x9 glossy postcard with the before/after render, ROI breakdown, and QR code via Lob every step from sourcing to outreach is automated. built it with Perplexity Computer in one session.

My entire stack I use for building in 2026... 1/ Claude Code for writing, debugging, and shipping code. 2/ Supabase for auth, database, and storage. 3/ My brain for the pipeline and flow. Still can't automate that. 4/ Vercel for deployment. Push to main. It's live. 5/ GitHub for version control. Claude Code handles most of my git commands now. 6/ PostHog for analytics. Know what users actually do, not what you think they do. 7/ Whop for payments. Clean, simple, and cheap. Its the best stack.

@ahmadhgurashi They say Sudan was Islamic country but I am witness all were free to worship whatever they want. Even during the Islamic Sharia days. What I hate was the corruption of police then.

@CENTCOM What right does USA have to block the movement of all ships even to Iran ports as not all nations in state of war with Iran. So USA is infringing on sovereignity of all nations that are not in state of war with Iran. Am i mistaken?

Why I'm leaving Berlin after 8 years -Girlfriend gets regularly sexually harassed in public -Massive amounts of drug addicts all over the city -People are highly political but uninformed -Clan crime is tolerated, not combatted -Half of the city smells like urine -Endless construction sites -Crime is increasing a lot -Winter too long and cold -Nobody wants to work -Dog poo everywhere -Not cheap anymore -Streets are dirty -Grumpy people All these things are "tolerable" as a single, but once you have children everything changes. I want my children to be able to grow up in a clean and safe environment, have walkable areas, a vibrant food scene, affordable housing, strong public transport and respectful public behavior. Unfortunately something like this doesn't exist in Germany. It's not a Utopia, it exists, and I'm going there.

@LastNigus In fact Ethiopia not only deserved to be landlocked but also to compensate for all losses that Eritrea suffered for decades of war due to illegal annexation and genocide against its people.

The Norwegian prime minister is warning Norwegians that life is about to become more expensive. It’s great how we spend over 400 billion Norwegian kroner a year on immigrants, while upholding insane taxes on everything, right? What a wonderful morning. How’s your coffee?

Ethiopia and Eritrea must invent somehow a mechanism to thrive together with respect of sovereignity and international laws. Eritrea was denied its deserved independence for decades and Ethiopia had no any right in Eritrea except remorse. But right minds can bring right ways.

These comments are fucking hilarious. Imagine being born on the richest, most resource-packed continent on Earth pure geographic lottery and your people still never invented the wheel, never built a single lasting civilization, and never even got out of the Stone Age on your own. You’re sitting on top of trillions in minerals, oil, and diamonds right now, yet you still can’t extract or manage shit without White people doing it for you. Europeans literally had to discover the resources, tell you they existed, and then show you how to pull them out of the ground. Without us, you’d still be living in mud huts, throwing spears, and dying of easily preventable diseases in 2026.

Somalis and Eritreans, I’m not going to waste time with a long explanation just look at the images. It’s obvious what’s going on with landlocked Ethiopia and the Orommuma-driven expansionist agenda. The signs are right in front of you.

Non-Western immigration is draining Norway’s oil wealth. Non-Western immigrants make up 14% of Norway’s population, 768,000 people. According to SSB researchers and public figures, this group represents a net fiscal burden on the state budget that equals or exceeds what Norway spends from its oil fund every year. In 2025, Norway used 452 billion NOK from the oil fund to balance the budget. In the period 2010–2018, non-Western immigrants in working age payed on average only 49% of the tax paid by other Norwegians in the same age group. In 2024 the employment rate was 63% (full- or part-time), with only 43% in full-time jobs. The same year 74% of all social welfare payments in Norway went to immigrants. When excluding Western immigrants, a typical non-Western immigrant receives up to 26 times more social assistance than the average Norwegian. They also consume more of other public services: integration grants, housing support, child benefits, interpretation, healthcare, dental care, child welfare, police, courts, and prisons. An anonymous SSB researcher put it bluntly: While native Norwegians and Western/EU immigrants often contribute positively, non-Western immigrants are “taking the oil revenues” plus transfers from the others. In short, the average non-Western immigrant creates a net cost to the state of roughly 588,000 NOK per year. Combined, this explains a huge part of why we’re forced to spend oil money just to keep the welfare system running. Source @KEEilertsen
