Dugin and anyone and anything affiliated with him should be under more sanctions by the EU, US and other counties. This warmonger bears a part of the responsibility for the "special military operation."

A guy who is degenerate enough to tell his partners to "kiss his ass" - whatever his job is - DOES NOT DESERVE ANY RESPECT. This war—this ego-driven "Operation Epic Fury"—is destined for the dustbin of history because it is being led by a megalomaniac who is fundamentally incapable of understanding the human element of command. He despises everyone who works for him, viewing seasoned generals and intelligence experts as mere props for his nightly rallies. He cannot distinguish between a strategic partner and a household butler. In his warped worldview, everyone is an employee to be fired. You cannot win a global conflict while simultaneously lighting your bridges on fire and insulting the people holding the extinguishers. This President’s hubris has become America’s greatest strategic liability. He is a man who wanted to play King, only to find that in his arrogance, he has turned his allies into spectators and his presidency into a cautionary tale of how to lose a war through pure, unadulterated contempt for the rest of humanity.

He’s now publicly smearing even Mohammed bin Salman with crude insults. In this sea of erratic behavior, there are simply no rules for navigating it correctly. No matter what you do, the outcome is the same. Apparently, the only winning strategy is to behave like Putin and directly and openly support the Iranian regime. Then Donald Trump will be the one tiptoeing around you, brushing off dust, and kissing your hands.
