In today’s #45Z hearing, NOPA called for revisions to the Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship requirements. Some facilities are in rural communities where specialized trade labor is scarce, DoL wage determinations do not exist, and apprenticeship programs are unavailable. (1/2)

If you read between the lines amtx equity partner an airliner. For gevo I'm thinking of delta. They renewed their contract twice each time with 10mil gallons more. If you think about it they buy our expensive saf and get a stake of 20% in NZ1. It's a win win for both...
