I'm working on an effect for a mysterious object and I came across an interesting thing in Niagara that I hadn't thought about: the emission in the material and the emission of the color in Niagara are different parameters #UnrealEngine #UE5 #gamedev #uetips #indiedev If the particle increases its emission through the material dynamic parameter, then there is a value after which it no longer works, I even set it to 1000, but on the scene the particle does not look epic bright, and for this to really work, you have to change the brightness in the Niagara color. I used to think they were the same thing, but the emission in the material and in the color of the Niagara, it's like two different values ​​that magnify each other. Yes, I'm stupid, that's how my programmer brain works ;)
