@KaliYugaSurfCo Mos def, I ran into an error while posting, lost military patch pictures in the mix, it seems.
We go from peace in Eden to war outside
The hiding-hunting aspect makes me think of Esau (and that Jacob "hid" in plain sight before blind Isaac, camouflaging his identity with words)

I think of how camouflage implies being in a state of war. I also wonder if hiding can be related to hunting, etymologically in the Hebrew.
But concerning the armor of God—isn’t it interesting that most of it is about exposing yourself, being vulnerable by the world’s standards.

Camouflage is a deceit we believe covers our actions, but God sees All. We hide among nature as nature, Man as Man—but we violate nature itself, taking beyond what was given and misusing it foolishly But God provides cover through Christ; His Blood is healing salve, protection.
English

Camouflage doesn't cover sin, doesn't put us beyond the sight of God.
Rather than leave us suffering, God provides sacrifice as cover—if we are willing to take it.
In Christ, we can't hide behind the cover of Man, we are covered by God. In turn, we must don the armour of God.

Fig leaves in Eden were the first camouflage. What does that say about camouflage?

Coherence and Aniara are two worthy movies that I never see people talking about.
The first is more of a mind-bender that really did an amazing job with its small budget. Inspiring for indie makers.
The second is a hefty epic with many interesting ideas/conflicts.

Updating my science fiction film to-watch list. What are some philosophically poignant science fiction films I need to see? I'd especially appreciate neglected films and foreign films I'm probably not familiar with.
