One of the best of all time in Kansas: Lily Brown of Colgan (2A) has the ninth best triple jump in Kansas history at 40-01. She is the first girls triple jumper in Kansas since 2019 to clear 40 feet. She ranks #1 this season in all classes of Kansas. She is nearly two feet ahead of the third best mark in the state this season and over four feet better than anyone in her class (2A) this season. Brown is a multiple time state champion in the jumps and hurdles. She’s also the 2024 2A Sports in Kansas 🏀 POY & an all classes Top 5 pick.
