@tedgioia I feel that the 'powers that be' have prevented vinyl from becoming a mass market. I do know that in the Punk, Alternative, and Uber regional scene, records are the first choice, with many podcasts in the genre only playing tracks from wax.

@chris_neto While I have been, mostly, lurking after re-entering the live events industry, I am closer to leaving than staying. Having had to endure the mad ravings of certain industry meglomaniac who hounded me from job to job- not sure I want part in a platform that caters to such.

Full scale installation of a learning center for a major Midwest HVAC company. Included moving piezo electric glass door - shattered on a regular basis. After blaming the control system failed, accused the spirts of the lake & brought in an ‘exorcist’. #avintheam
