@YasirAlHanafi @Farid_0v Farid is sectarian. He has disrespected many brothers on this app. He even disrespected our scholastic traditions. And dont forget our history. Remember what he is. And who he respects. You should know beter. He is a fanatic wahabi.

What you are suggesting is a specific scenario. Without understanding what constitutes ‘Shirk’ and ‘worship’, discussing scenarios based on those concepts will not be fruitful. This is the same reason you focused only on a 50-second clip from over an hour and a half of discussion. I propose: let's clarify *what Shirk and worship mean*. Within that, we can explore as many scenarios as you like. After all, you are implying that I am defending Shirk. Therefore, it is only proper to first examine the integrals of Shirk and what is the precise *differentia* that distinguishes an act of Shirk from other acts, despite how egregious they may be. حكم الشيء فرع عن تصوره — a principal we all accept. By the way, I never suggested you had ‘Zionist motives’. If I appeared to suggest that, I unreservedly apologise. Let me know if you are happy with the proposed title. 👍🏻

Okay, I’ve watched this video titled ‘The Greatest Betrayal in Dawah Scene History’, with the thumbnail stating ‘Two Gods? Not Shirk’. To be honest, I am disappointed in my brother Farid for giving such a response. Considering we have had several respectful private conversations in the past and that he is someone I considered a friend (at least I did), I didn’t expect him to reply in such a sensational, clickbait manner. It’s like me making a video, “Wahhabism, The Greatest Betrayal to the Ummah”, and then making a slanderous claim. Everyone, including Farid, knows that I never once said that believing in two Gods is not Shirk—and Allah’s refuge is sought. But, unfortunately, he repeats this slander multiple times in this video. I will not address the ad hominem attacks or those against brother Daniel, as I believe that damages the unity of Muslims, especially in the current situation. Brother Farid didn’t respond to any of my evidence or to the numerous quotes I provided. Unfortunately, he didn’t even have the courtesy to tell his audience once that I believe this tenet is not part of Islam. He kept repeating that small clip, adding his sensational and, dare I say, dramatic commentary to it. He did not provide a clear, consistent definition of ‘Shirk’. In fact, he provided no definition at all. However, he did hint that more videos will be made where he will address the evidence. Also, the timing of this video's release is interesting: at a time when many, including myself, have been calling for Sunni & Shia unity against the Zionists, I believe the release of this video is unwise, to say the least. Only Allah knows best what the true motive behind it is. Therefore, dear brother Farid, I have no personal animosity toward you. So, instead of engaging in a back-and-forth, why don’t we have a live discussion on this topic? We can analyse our positions. If you genuinely believe I am defending ‘Shirk’ (and Allah’s refuge is sought), then this will be a good time to correct me. Because honestly, after watching your video, I saw only personal jibes and how shocked you were at what I said. There was nothing academic or substantive apart from some references to history. This discussion does not need to be immediate, as I am still travelling. Also, it will give you as much time as you need to prepare. But I think a live discussion would be beneficial for everyone, inshaAllah. May Allah bless you.

@Jdxdd1356 Genetic studies show that Arabization in the 7th and 11th centuries brought language and culture, but did not significantly alter the established North African gene pool, which often shows deep ancestry from the Iberomaurusian culture. Source: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/10777099/#:~:t….

@YasirAlHanafi I never claimed Sunnis alone made Pakistan. There were Christians, Sikhs, Ismaelis, Parsis and Hindus also involved in making Pakistan. Sunnis had the largest stake because they were the majority. To claim Jinnah was Shia and then say Shias had a significant role. Really?

My dear Pakistani Sunnis, Remember that Shia played a significant role in the founding of Pakistan by forming strong alliances with Sunnis. So, let’s not make generic statements, lest they backfire. In fact, there is a strong case that its founder, M. Ali Jinnah, was also a Shia.

This is why I will NEVER respect a Salafi. Look at the gymnastics of Bassam Zawadi. Just to cling to MIAW creed, he tries to argue that you can believe Allah is “too week to look after all of creation” but still have TAWHID in Rububiyyah!?? Wallah u people are playing with fire.

I’ve met senior scholars who are terrified to be called scholars, and yet there are those newbies who audaciously criticise them. The difference is clear: real knowledge brings humility; otherwise, it turns you into something horrible. Such arrogant people need to clean the toilets of their local mosque and get off the internet.

Like the AI bubble where all these tech corps are passing money to each other, MT has become the same. It’s an engagement bubble. They’re just feeding off each other’s drama to entrench their following. An endless cycle that is destroying the minds & hearts of their followers.

Most Muslims do not celebrate the Mawlid, we do not consider it a practise in the Qurʾān or from the Prophetic Sunnah. One may do optional good deeds on the day, but there is no requirement to celebrate it. Having clarified that, please answer the question: Why didn't Jesus, his family, or his disciples celebrate his birth day?
Low Budget Oracle@web3cloned

@IjazTheTrini Show me Mawlid in the Quran or where your Mohammad celebrated it! For those who don’t know, Mawlid is celebrated as birthday of Muhammad every year around August/September

Yes, based on global surveys and reports, Mawlid is celebrated in most Muslim-majority countries as a public holiday or through traditions, by a majority of Muslims (especially Sunnis and Shia outside strict Salafi groups). However, observance varies by region, and some, like in Saudi Arabia, do not participate due to viewing it as an innovation.

No, not all Muslims celebrate Mawlid (the Prophet Muhammad's birthday), but most do in various forms, like festivals or quiet observances, especially in countries such as Pakistan, Egypt, and Malaysia. It's not universal; groups like Wahhabis in Saudi Arabia view it as an innovation and don't participate. Practices vary by region and tradition.

Reminder that the Wahhabis attacking me also believe that Asharis/Maturidis are kafir murtads who should be executed. Every retard who signed that letter against me should be asked if they agree with their fellow co-signee. If not, why haven't they signed a letter against him?

The sad problem is, it is not only Christians but also many Muslims who have been duped by the IQ fetishism propagated by secular liberalism. Technically speaking, IQ is a measure of one's ability to do science and math. For psychological and cognitive reasons, higher IQ is correlated with atheism and materialism. Therefore, valuing IQ as a standard to judge religions, races, and nations will ALWAYS place the most atheistic and materialist at the top and Muslims at the bottom. Thus, we have undermine that standard, not reinforce it with dumb arguments like: "but we had a golden age!" Or "but we were colonized!" The Islamic Golden Age was the age of the salaf, not the age that insecure Muslims trying to please European IQ fetishists point to. And crying about being colonized just reaffirms that the higher IQ group dominated the lower IQ group, thus reinforcing the importance of IQ. How is that a rebuttal? Islam does not teach us to be IQ fetishists. IQ has its place. It has value but there are many human qualities that have value: spirituality, bravery, modesty, generosity, chastity, wisdom, etc. And there are many human achievements that are more valuable than producing science and technology. Until the duped Muslims learn and internalize this, they're always going to be on the backfoot and plagued by a sense of inferiority. Again, I'm reminded of Surat al-Araf where Bani Israel see some pagans worshipping idols and they are so impressed, they tell Musa to make them a god to worship. In response, Musa calls them idiots.

@AhmedSheriffdin This is my sheikh Habib Umar. He's a learned man. He played a pivotal role in reviving the Sunni Manhaj in Yemen. Their recitation is laxed. Big deal. This is from Ramadan. In Ramadan, he recites over two Juz a night in Taraweeh. The Wahhabis hate him coz of his influence.
