HOLIDAY NOTICE: All THD locations will be closed on Mon, February 16th in observance of Presidents' Day. We will reopen on Tues, February 17th for normal hours.

CLOSURE NOTICE: All Tulsa Health Department locations will be closed from 3 – 5 p.m. on Friday, January 30th so all of our staff can attend a meeting. We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to serving you when we re-open during regular business hours on Monday.

THD locations will have a delayed start on Tues, Jan 27 at 10:00 a.m. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at 918-582-9355. Please stay safe and warm. If you have to get out, slow down, leave space between other vehicles & extra time to brake.
