Those of us who used @osmosis in its early days got a glimpse of a glorious future for crypto. 💸 Affordable - you didn't need to weigh gas costs as whether you should experiment. 🧪 Fun UX - didn't feel like a banking app. 🏃 Fast - so fast. For we who had only really used defi on Ethereum, Osmosis (and the Cosmos more generally) felt like a revelation. @sunnya97, @zkDragon and the whole team taught us to dream big. I will never look at crypto products the same way. Everything is an experiment.

Today i was fired from @berachain My job consisted of bringing Chipotle to Smokey at his table, handling all his travel arrangements worldwide, and organizing events funded by the liquidity providers from the pools. I should also add that he'll catch up on my past months' pay through dividends from Greenland — which holds 99% of the total supply on Berachain — to keep everything stable and centralized.

One of the saddest things about the decimation of the Cosmos ecosystem, is the simultaneous destruction of IBC. The Inter-Blockchain Communication (IBC) protocol was once the top bridge by volume, for transferring tokens across chains. Now, it does less volume in a month, than many bridges do in a couple of hours. There's no reason for any chain to connect via IBC any more. Most of the recent chains, built on the Cosmos SDK, have chosen not to implement IBC. Sad times.
