No mine post was not misleading, my premium increased significantly. Previously we only had a co-pay, unless you went outside of the network then there was a $500 deductible then 75/25 up to $1000. After UACA, $1000 deductible in network $2000 outside. $2500 out of pocket max in, $3500 outside of network.

Ah but you would be wrong there, I lost my job through no fault of my own, the whole company shut down, of course no ability to continue with COBRA because the insurance was self funded so when the company closed so did the insurance. But you know what I found a better job with benefits…

@TurnerStanley @cutiieepie6 Obviously you never were without insurance. Obama care was a huge help to millions. Cost money yes all insurance does. Can't pay? Try Medicare. 43.000 Americans die a slow painful death each year because of no insurance. All trump worries about is Iranian deaths.

Well Mr. Jenkins until Tennessee started their TennCare program which significantly increased cost to the State, I sold medical insurance along with home/auto and life insurance. After TennCare passed I quit medical because if a client ever had a cold it would not be approved. It was easier to deny and put them on TennCare and the State took all the risk.

@aanalyst50 @cutiieepie6 As far as the ACA plans, if it requires ever more taxpayer subsidies it was unaffordable from the beginning. We had the best healthcare in the world before the federal government started getting involved, then as usual cost skyrocket. It is still much better than most others.

@aanalyst50 @cutiieepie6 I never had a ACA policy, my plan went up with passage of the ACA to cover paternity for my wife who had entered menopause already and other required coverages that were on no use for us. Our deductible doubled, our out of pocket doubled. All the first year after passage of UACA

I decide to leave Quebec/Canada because: 1) the taxation system is astounding, rendering it nearly impossible to accumulate enough money to truly retire 2) the government's open immigration policies have made it unsafe for my family to remain here (due to the exponential increase in Jew-hatred). Today I found out that I shall have to pay a departure tax for exercising my right to leave, and the money that will be taken from me (because the obscene amount of taxes that I've already paid in full is not enough) will be given to new incoming immigrants who hate Jews. My taxes funded my forced exit and will fund the harassment of any remaining Jews in Canada. It would take me 10+ more years of work to save the amount that is likely to be taken via the departure tax. Is this moral? Ethical? Just? In any case, off to bed. Tomorrow is a new day.
