Ballistic should be a playlist of curated creative maps selected by Epic and built by the community. Release a template like they did for The Block, let the community run wild, pick the top 25 maps, and pay creators engagement for the maps that get played. Every few months, add new maps. Leave everything else as it is and keep the lights on.

I feel like it's always the coolest, most unique concepts that are scrapped. 😭💔 This is EXACTLY what I imagined the Bug Season to be like. A truly post-apocalyptic feel, with hives and swarms grotesquely taking over random houses and parts of the Island, and a really gritty rebellion in the scraps of the wasteland left behind (like the modded vans and stuff seen in other concept art, that we'd use to bomb the hives). The military take on it just DID NOT hit for me at all. The design for the bugs originally made SO much more sense with why the biomes were blue in Shock N Awesome. They never changed the color to reflect the new bug designs in-game LOL. Also, they look alot like Mantises...likely why we originally had a faction named "Mantis". 🪲 #Fortnite
