He's not Invincible

Yeah, even after sitting with it for a while I can safely say I think the final episode of The Boys was excellent. Say what you will about the season as a whole but this was a really strong end to the whole series.

Just finished it. I actually really liked it. I'm not sure why people are so upset with the ending.

@SXR123 I hate that I completely agree. Especially with the Game Awards, it feels like so much gets overlooked or the winner is obvious. It's amazing that Astro Bot won GOTY in 2024, but you also have stuff The Last of Us winning best adaptation in 2025 while Sonic 3 gets no mention.

I hope Mixtape wins Game of the Year. No, seriously. I want it to win. Give the industry plant the award it wants that most players already don't respect anymore. It winning would just seal the deal. If it wins literally any award, not even GOTY, it just adds fuel to the fire. For the record, if you enjoy the game, that's fine. There's no need to harp on what enjoyment some people get out of it. It's fine that it's a linear game, with a linear story, with little interaction needed from the player—I'm not being facetious or two-faced here. If you enjoy it, that's totally fine. I've played flash games, old games, new games, indie games, AAA games, VN's, all of them with various ways to play and limited to extensive ways to interact with the game. What's upsetting is the sheer level of support this "indie" game is seeing across every outlet. Playstation, Xbox, defending it, every "gaming" reviewer giving something with limited player choice glowing reviews while other games get snubbed is disheartening to say the least. Seeing people's hard work, love and dedication be cast aside because enough money was dumped is a bit of a buzzkill.

@Jadeng2104 @tunechistark Just for variety. Visually they wear similar uniforms and their abilities are similar. But like I said themoveset warrants their inclusions. Lucan is a grappler, Thula uses her hair, etc... It's a face value complaint. But Thragg and Oliver are much more important overall.
