@Twello95607 @David_Y3 Therefore is contradicts itself. Just as saying that the books that Christians and Jewish had are true and then claiming they are corrupted, or saying that the trinity includes Virginia Mary, when it doesn't or saying that religion is not compulsory but fight polytheistic. Crazy

@pedrosarsie @David_Y3 When it comes to the verses about fighting polytheists each one had a context behind it were the polytheists of mecca started with the aggression almost every time you would have known this if you weren't the shallow reader you are

@pedrosarsie @David_Y3 nor did it say the virgin mary was in the trinity it states that some christians took her as a deity giving her god like powers by praying to her like catholics do which is also not a contradiction

@pedrosarsie @David_Y3 Had you read what islam says you would also know that it says that god has no need of our worship as a matter of fact he has no need to punish or reward us these acts of worship exist solely as evidence against you on judgment day

@Twello95607 @David_Y3 You really don't want to look/understand the answers given. God doesn't need us, we need him. Yo can follow a religion, but that is no excuse to close yourself to arguments against it. Take the arguments and analyse them ponder and meditate on them. It might bring mote truth

You’re a Christian. You don’t need to lie about your faith under my comment just to chase clouts. Your Bible says in exodus 20:16 “thou shall not lie”. Proverbs 12:22 "The LORD detests lying lips, but he delights in people who are trustworthy". Or don’t you honor your religion?

@RossPitman101 @David_Y3 But of course you won't understand that since you throw away the commentary of people who actually study the scripture to make a point about a religion you don't follow

Among the most contested verses in the Qur’an is 7:157:“Those who follow the Messenger, the unlettered prophet, whom they find written with them in the Torah and the Gospel, who commands them what is right and forbids them what is wrong, and makes lawful for them the good things, and prohibits for them the evil, and relieves them of their burden and the shackles which were upon them. So those who believe in him, honor him, support him, and follow the light which has been sent down with him — it is they who will be successful.”Islamic tradition says this is Muhammad. But when we read the verse plainly and test every marker against scripture alone (no Hadith, no later commentary), the description fits Jesus perfectly — not Muhammad. The Qur’an never names Muhammad here. The 7 clear markers in 7:157:Written in the Torah and the Gospel → Jesus is explicitly named as the one Moses and the prophets wrote about (John 1:45; Deuteronomy 18:15). Muhammad is never described in either book. Commands right and forbids wrong → Jesus exposed hypocrisy and taught pure righteousness (Matthew 23:23; Qur’an 2:253). Makes lawful the good and forbids the evil → Jesus freed people from man-made religious burdens (Mark 2:27, 7:15). Relieves burdens and shackles → Jesus said: “Come to me, all you who are weary… my burden is light” (Matthew 11:28–30) — exact match to the verse. Muhammad is never described this way. To be honored, supported, and followed → Jesus’ followers sacrificed everything for him. The Qur’an even says those who follow Jesus will be made superior until the Day of Resurrection (3:55). No similar promise for Muhammad’s followers. Brings light from God → Jesus declared “I am the light of the world” (John 8:12) and is supported by the Holy Spirit (Qur’an 2:253). Muhammad is never called light. “Unlettered” (ummī) → The Arabic root means untouched by formal human schooling, like a child fresh from the mother’s womb. Jesus had no rabbinical training yet taught with divine wisdom (John 7:15; Qur’an 19:30 — he speaks as a baby). Muhammad is never described this way in the Qur’an. Scripture-centered conclusion: The unlettered prophet of 7:157 is Jesus — the Messiah in the Isaac-Jacob covenant line (29:27, 45:16). Muhammad’s role is the “seal” (33:40) — the confirmer who validates what came before for the Ishmaelites. Tradition swapped the labels. Abrahamics refuses that swap and reads the plain text in order.Let scripture interpret scripture. The answer is not hidden — it is Jesus.

The Quran was originally revealed to Muhammad to confirm Jesus as the unlettered prophet and confirm prior scripture. He was to be the "seal". The word seal has two meanings, confirmer or final. This linguistical choice would be a piece of divisiveness that would suit Satan to the ground. Using scriptural evidence such as 29:27 “And We gave him Isaac and Jacob [Later Israel] and placed in his descendants prophethood and scripture, and We granted him his reward in this world, and indeed, in the Hereafter he will be among the righteous.” 45:16 “And We did certainly give the Children of Israel the Scripture and judgment and prophethood, and We provided them with good things and preferred them over the worlds.” and include the findings in the Bible, we can evaluate that Muhammad can't be a prophet in the Biblical sense. Therefore he is the CONFIRMER of the prophets. But the verses he received were linguistically assembled to exult anything above the Jews and Christians. If Islam is the "religion of truth" then they should be able to defend this evidence logically without resorting to religious dogma or linguistical slide of hand
