so twentyeight health already billed my insurance on sep 4th but havent sent me my meds & i can't get them anywhere else until they reverse the claim or just finally send it 🙄🙄🙄 this is such a mess im leaving them asap after this refill

Of all my bad customer support experiences, @Twenty8Health takes the cake. First they sent me someone else’s medical info by mistake, then sent my pills to the wrong address, then sent me the wrong pills entirely, and I STILL can’t get anyone to answer an email. Truly incredible.
