Steam Controllers seem to already be shipping in the EU!

@FRENZYVIRUS808 @PalmyrPar It doesn’t even have XInput natively so it won’t work on windows or gamepass or the new Xbox mode. I was absolutely shocked how much FOMO people have over a fucking controller. I get it’s a really good controller imo but is it that good that it sells out in 30 mins????

@PalmyrPar I mean the Steam Deck didn't push the same number of units as the Xbox or the Switch. It's still a niche product, more comparable to something being sold by Asus or Razer. Most people arent in the market for a controller with touchpads. That said, every new thing gets scalpers.

One of the things that is very charming but also frustrating about Valve is that they appear mostly unaware that they’re a prestige-brand that’s gonna have demand out the ass for nearly anything they make.

For anyone buying it, I suggest you add $110 to your Steam Wallet now. When thousands of people are trying to make a purchase at once, in the past that’s brought card issues, so the best thing to do is to use your Steam Wallet instead. Keep in mind additional costs!

@Deck_Ready I personally think these are frames because of valves wording saying that they were disappointed to have delayed machine. But honestly, all options are on the table. I wouldn’t be surprised to see a steam machine announcement or a steam deck restock

I see the thinking with the predictions that these shipments could be Frames or Steam Decks but I'm choosing to believe that they're Machines.
