Maybe it’s just me, but I’m pretty disappointed and frankly quite angry at how Democrats are literally just sitting by and letting an incoming dictatorship take over all for the sake of status quo and protecting the political norms that no longer exist.

So if a President has unlimited power and can make recess appointments, why doesn't President Biden just appoint all the judges he wants as soon as Congress adjourns for the year. For that matter, what is stopping Joe from expanding the Supreme Court before he leaves?
