@J_Ran85 @MR_Y_U_MAD You just keep proving my point. They didn’t load 8 in the box in the game. No team in the nfl is going to load the box with 8 every play. Listen to any defensive coach or player. “It starts with stopping the run” doesn’t matter who the QB is. No D is doing that 100% of the game

The gameplan defensively vs the Jaguars was simple: Stop the run & force Trevor Lawrence to try to beat you. We executed the plan I had suspected brilliantly: single high cov 3 early downs to stop run, 5 DL to march heavy personnel, more 4-3 & run zone (mostly 2 high) on known passing downs and get home with 4.
