If you haven’t hit at least 50g of protein in by 12:30 pm you’re already behind. Yes, you should be eating 20–40g of protein at each meal. Skipping or under-eating earlier in the day is a big reason why you’re struggling. You’re always starving at night because you don’t eat enough during the day. You say you’re “not hungry” in the morning—but you’ve trained your body to binge at night. That’s not hunger, that’s a pattern. And it’s exactly why: -You have no energy -You are always sore -You can’t lose fat or build lean muscle -You’re not making progress in your training and workouts If you're 150 lbs. and you need 1.4-2.0 g/kg/bw/day of protein how do you expect to hit your protein goal? Space our your protein to hit your target 95g-136g of protein if you weighed 150 lbs. -That would be 3ish meals + 2 snacks for simplicity Fuel smarter. Eat earlier. Prioritize protein. Break the cycle.

♀️Female athletes are significantly more likely to experience ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) injuries compared to their male counterparts. ⚽️Female soccer players are reported to be 2-6X more likely to sustain an ACL injury. Several factors contribute to this increased risk: 🦴Anatomical Differences: Women tend to have wider hips, which can affect the angle at which the femur meets the tibia, leading to greater stress on the knee joint. 🩸Hormonal Influence: Fluctuating hormone levels, especially during the menstrual cycle, can affect ligament laxity and increase the risk of injury. 🧠Neuromuscular Control: Female athletes, on average, may have less muscle strength around the knee and different patterns of muscle activation, which can make them more prone to knee injuries during high-stress movements like cutting, pivoting, and landing. 🧦Biomechanics: Women may have a different jump-landing technique or a higher tendency to land with their knees more straight and inwards, which places greater stress on the ACL. 👟Training and Conditioning: Female athletes may not always have the same training programs focused on strengthening muscles and improving joint stability, which can increase the risk of ACL injuries. 🗒️To address these factors, preventive measures such as neuromuscular training programs that focus on strengthening the muscles around the knee, improving balance and coordination, and teaching proper landing mechanics have shown to ⬇️ACL injury rates in female athletes.
