Your career is decided by how you conduct yourself once you get into those rooms. I think this is invaluable for anyone looking to work their way up in esports. Know that when you start your first job at a team or a school, that there is an entire operation happening. Listen, learn, and be thoughtful about when you share your opinions. You never ever want to be the person that everyone wishes they could restart the meeting without. This is how you effectively move up.
