Feminists won't stop at regulating men's behavior, they want to control men's sexual desire itself. Male sexuality is considered acceptable only when it is monetized or otherwise explicitly sanctioned by women, while ordinary sexual attraction is treated as predatory. It has very little to do with consent. They want to suppress male sexuality and subordinate it to female approval. The moralizing is just a veneer over ugly women's resentment toward beauty and their desire to punish men for desiring women they can never be.
