Went to brunch with an old acquaintance and was reminded of a past version of myself that no longer exists. I am so thankful for that. My heart hurts for them I hope all that are struggling can have the courage to make the necessary changes to leave what no longer suits them.

yesterday I went on my first hike since my stroke left my entire right side paralyzed in 2023. I did 3 miles of the wooded trail and the pavement inclines coming back! My calves are dying but I'm proud of myself. Hiking stick saved my ass
