Athlete of the Week Junior, Ryan Ferrara, won the Most Outstanding Wrestler award at the Clyde Cole Tournament after beating a state winner in the finals 11-1. Ryan has already placed 2nd and 6th at the NYS D1 Championships. He has a career vars record of 70-15. Congrats Ryan!

Everyone is entitled to feel however they want, but I know that Mike Grey has the guys’ best interests & health in mind and there aren’t many people who know the full story

We put our heart and soul into this sport. I would give anything to be able to wrestle every match that I can, sadly injuries come up and the unforeseen happen, knowing when you are hurt is not weak, it is smart, and we are not scared. This I promise.

After some reflection over the past few weeks, I've decided to retire from wrestling. Thanks to everyone who has supported me over the years! Pumped to transition 100% into coaching and incorporate everything I've learned over the years. Onward 💯
