@nbarealist23 @justize28 Yes 91 was not, they were emerging, however 92 was stacked and the most synchronized team they had, as said by MJ himself

@TylerMcKay18 @justize28 So we can agree then, that 91 does not fit the criteria, right? Becuase the Bulls bench was definitely not bottom heavy, and Pippen still hadn't even made an All-Star team. Lets do this one by one.

There are two 70-win teams in NBA history. Both had the league MVP. One was unanimous. One had the best perimeter defender of his era. The other had a 2x DPOY winner. Both had the best 3-point shooters of their respective eras. One had the greatest ever and another top five. Both had elite benches. One had the greatest coach of all time with the greatest system of all time. The other had a player who learned that coach’s system, modified it, and helped implement it for a new era. LeBron beat one of those teams while leading everyone on the court in every major statistical category, in a historically impossible situation. Jordan was a part of one of those teams. LeBron is Everest. Jordan is K2.

@nbarealist23 @justize28 Stacked to me means you are top heavy and bottom heavy with your supporting cast. So you have your stars and then the folks on the bench can either be starters on other teams or a strong sixth or seventh man and you have multiple like that. Like OG Lakers and Celtics, Kobe Lakers

@nbarealist23 @justize28 During MJs winning years, who were the most stacked teams? In my original post I said that people use the same criteria to lift Jordan and tear down Bron. Jordan always had bette role players and better bench power. Bron has always been top heavy but bottom weak except for LA

You need to establish the criteria if you want to do this accurately. Did MJ play on good teams when he won championships? Yes. Were they the most "stacked" teams? No. Those championship teams were at varying inflection points in their journey. The 1991 team still had a young Pippen and Phil was in his 2nd year. By 97, Rodman had dipped, particularly in the playoffs, because of injures at age 36. It's nuanced. Wade was still in his prime in 2011 and 2012. In 2013 and 2014 he was past his prime. Kyrie was always in his prime playing alongside Lebron AD absolutely in his prime during the first championship.

@nbarealist23 @justize28 MJ had a HoF coach, LeBron has as well (2 just haven’t been inducted yet) both had shooters, both had great rebounders for the time. Top 75 option 2s. It’s disingenuous to say MJs teams had emerging players and less help but not acknowledge LeBron had mostly past their prime ppl

No, MJ absolutely did not always have stacked teams. And he definitively did not have one of the best setups in NBA history. Where does this nonsense come from? In 1991, he won his first ring with no other all-star on this team. Pippen was still emerging. 96 was really the only "superteam" he had where 3 guys were still in their prime, except Pippen wasn't healthy. LeBron gets heat because even when he had chances to win - like in 2011 - he didn't. In fact, he's lost 5 times as a favorite in the playoffs. Everyone needs help. But MJ did more with less throughout his career.

@guy1guy21 @nbarealist23 @justize28 And Jordan was too. Top 5 coach in basketball history, 2 top 75 players at the same time excluding himself, top 5 shooter of all time in Kerr and Paxton right behind him, all time great defender in Harper. They both were but ppl only use that to diminish LeBron, that’s my point

@nbarealist23 @justize28 That’s the thing, ppl utilize the need for help to hinder LeBron but pull up Jordan like he didn’t have one of the best set ups in NBA history but LeBron has ppl injury prone and past their prime (Minus Kyrie) and all of a sudden LeBron is seen as stacking teams

@justize28 Cool. everyone has help. Can you find a series where LeBron won without help? Didn't he need AD, Kyrie, and Wade to win Rings?

@Miles_Langston It starts with the individual making a decision to make better choices. This is the same system that people are using to still create massive wealth. Now does the system need tuning up, yes, but it’s not an either or conversation. Both are important in creating wealth

Here's your harsh truth: Inflation isn't the problem. You just think you're entitled to every luxury. - You don't want to live in a 1000 sq ft house, it has to be 3000 sq ft - You need to drive a new car every 4 years - Vacation has to be at a nice hotel with room service - Dinner has to be Door Dashed because you're tired - I need a new iPhone every 18 months - Everyone goes to Disney World, so I deserve to as well No you don't. Make more money or be quiet. You're not entitled to eat out every day. Growing up, we ate out 2x a month, and it was a bag of burgers and a few large fries we split. "We shouldn't have to live like they did in the old days" No luxury is an entitlement. You still have to put in the work to afford it.

@TigOleBiggsters @the_satellite23 Pick your hard, either don’t eat all the good stuff to keep money in your pocket, or eat all the good stuff and be in a bind in the grocery arena. There are many examples to where if you’re by yourself or a couple (not family with kids) where $100/month is good enough
