Here’s a video highlight from my bullpen yesterday @bsf_pitching. I sat 91.8-93 mph, topping 93.7 mph. Mixing in, and commanding my off-speed. I’ve also been working on controlling and simplifying my delivery. Thanks for catching my pen @shanetorres2027. My off-season training focus will continue to be getting bigger, stronger & faster.
