The following post will be unpopular given the liquidation event today… but I’m not bearish because of what I’m seeing right now… We just had a strong displacement that created an FVG inside a low volume node (LVN). That means price moved so fast through an area with almost no trading activity that the market had to come back and rebalance it. Price just did exactly that: The FVG was fully filled and buyers stepped in aggressively, leaving a large lower wick. That’s absorption. That’s demand showing up where it matters. FVG + LVN = double inefficiency When both get repaired and defended, it’s often the start of a new auction higher, not the end of one. Now for confirmation: I need to see a break in short-term structure (BOS), followed by a higher low, and then fresh bullish displacement. No structure = no trade, just a theory.
