I swam my first sub 30 second 50 and sub 1:10 in the 100 yesterday in only my first ever year of swim! Improving my speed in the water so it translates to my speed on the field before @TheChrisRubio Vegas camp in May. @SGfootballRI @Coach_LangSG

I had a good snapping session this morning again before classes to prepare for @TheChrisRubio Jersey camp in march and the Vegas camp in May! Unfortunately I don’t have my Rubio target so I have to do my best to make my own! @SGfootballRI @Coach_LangSG
