Yesterdays arm/chest pump. Running everyday this week for the 80 hr course. Lots of Pt and “smoking”. Probably out 40 miles in on the feet. Did 3 upper “pump focus” workouts this week and 1 lower workout due to the volume on the legs/feet. Find a way.
