Our GM is 10 years in, no division titles, 1 playoff win, and is currently signing basketball players that have never played the game before. Depth is important, but we also need stars! Spare me the sympathy to a guy getting paid millions to get it right and hasn't!

Teams take 90 players into camp you quite literally have to sign depth players It can't be all you do and that's where the Colts have missed the mark so far There should be criticisms but it being said after every move is a silly way to consume the offseason

Ballard has been bad at finding edge rushers in the draft for sure I don't get this logic, though The fix isn't only using later picks on the position They have to be better at identifying talent, and the likelihood of hitting is significantly higher with an earlier round selection

@HolderStephen This isn't true at all. He keeps his timeouts for next week. He runs the ball on 3rd and 7 and got lucky Gruppe made a 60 yard field goal. Coached not to lose rather than going for the win. Will never win anything important coaching like that.

This is actually a super rational response -- one of the few. Totally agree. Shane is sometimes his own worst enemy. He called the game exactly the way they needed to. They just didn't have enough at the end of the day.
