@autosport No…must get his wins without cost cap breach privilege of 2021, and without Masi privilege. That cost cap breach benefits the team as long as no other team is able match RB excess spending. Imagine the benefits of tax credit (same amount) for the other teams…that would be fair

@MattyWTF1 Should be black and white. Set points deduction in both Titles, If not then a straight DSQ. The FIA intends to make the cost cap a valid rule, and this punishment would stop teams daring to cross it. I'm an RB fan but if my team crosses the line il be gutted but rules are rules
