To help with the network congestion, Typhoon transactions through the relayer now include upwards adjusted Gas price Transactions should again go through within seconds, but bscscan might still need some time to actually index and display things properly. Happy Typhooning! 🌀

PSA 📣: The main Typhoon app is being migrated to subgraphs powered by GRT today. There might be slight hiccups during the migration so if you notice anything misbehaving, let us know over at t.me/typhoonnetwork

The biggest caveat of this version is that testnet is not available due to GRT not indexing testnet data. It'll be back soon, but mainnet only for now

Our latest subgraph/GRT powered version of Typhoon has been deployed to next.typhoon.network and is still needing a few testers 👀 Give it a try and let us know what you think! This is scheduled to replace the current Typhoon version in the coming days

Did anyone say more decentralization? We've started migrating the main app over to subgraphs powered by @graphprotocol for an even smoother and more decentralized Typhoon experience 🌪 The first components powered by this will get rolled out in the next few days 🔜 #BSC

@dogpool7 You can just pin the latest version with `ipfs pin add /ipns/app.typhoon.network` on your IPFS node to keep the site up and replicated! The entire minified source code is on the IPFS network or the Typhoon GitHub!

@TyphoonCrypto Can we have community stewards hold copies as well, in case AML/regulations get their hands on team members, an anonymous supporter can spin up the copy

Have you noticed any differences recently? 👀 The dApp has been fully cut over to #IPFS and is no longer centrally hosted. This means as long as someone on the network has a copy of it, it will continue to exist 💪 #BSC #BinanceSmartChain $TYPH

More updates, improvements and optimizations to the IPFS builds on ipfs.typhoon.network and typhoonnetwork.eth.link (ens). Typhoon should run a lot more smooth now when coming through #IPFS! Give it a go and let us know what you think!

@dogpool7 No source tracing, you misunderstood that part. We’ll provide a tool that allows you to enter notes and generate a compliance report to submit to tax authorities or exchanges if you need to prove source of funds Nothing about the protocol changes, it’s still the same as always

Stuff on IPFS is distributed fully p2p. As long as at least one node has a copy of the files, it will stay online. Not even the devs have any way to take the site offline. 👉 #RoadToFullDecentralization

(4/4) Even if the dev team disappears tomorrow, Typhoon is deployed as a permanent smart contract and will continue to exist, the dev team has no power over it. We're hoping to achieve 100% community operation as the next goal! 💪

(3/4) Typhoon is aiming for full decentralization of all components, and we're happy to reveal that the next version will be fully hosted on IPFS. Current APIs will be gradually replaced with subgraphs, and ready-to-run frontend code released to github
