Here is a wild one. Riverside deputy Martin Huizar is called out to the residence of Adele Shirley on a noise complaint. One of the children in the house opened the door when the deputy knocked and immediately closed it once they saw the deputy. Deputy Huizar took it upon himself to open the door and enter the home. Once in the home Adele the home owner told him to leave as he does not have a warrant. The Deputy refuses claiming he owns her home since he is inside. Things escalate after Adele asks for a supervisor and the deputy grabs her and placed her under arrest. This is a classic violation of the 4th amendment good on Adele for standing her ground. The Deputy has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation. Adele has filed a civil suit against the county which is still on going with the last update in Nov 2025. No official word on trial, settlement, or the status of the charges brought on Adele by the deputy (which most likely will be dismissed.)

David Anderson was stopped Thursday for an open container, then threw a cork at the officer and was taken into custody. While the officer was on Anderson's back, he delivered "distractionary blows" while Anderson had one hand handcuffed. Anderson was seen reaching up and grabbing the officer's hand during the bodycam footage, which is the major discrepancy between the two.
