The top ocean predators during the Cretaceous were primarily giant marine reptiles and sharks, or so researchers have thought.
Now, a new study in Science suggests colossal “kraken-like” octopuses once hunted Late Cretaceous seas, growing as large as 19 meters in length and competing with—and perhaps even preying upon—large ocean apex predators like mosasaurs.

@yano_gamedev To expand the idea: The other trainers could be your neighbors, the bosses could be the adults and your rival could be your sibling and the whole map could just take place on a cul-de-sac.

@yano_gamedev I would love this. The smaller games could be more focused on specific things, like a whole monster catcher based on catching bugs in your backyard, I'd love to see a game like that.

What underrated old school Kaiju would you love to see return in a future project?

@redbumboo Honestly this was my favorite era as a Godzilla fan. It was a reflection era. All we had were the toho films and it was nice to look back on those films and discuss them with other fans and non fans. Godzilla wasn't as popular back then, but it was still just as special.
