$UMAV’s Skyborne Technology passed its Annual Inspection yesterday 04/07/2026 in preparation for upcoming Open House-Press Conference. $UMAV will update the Public with defined near-term dates.

$UMAV filed a 15 day extension for the 2025 Annual Report. The $50 million Term Sheet is intact and are working with the Fund’s legal counsel for closure. $UMAV’s Skyborne Technology is preparing their company owned airport for an Open House & Press Conference. Stay tuned to $UMAV!

$UMAV is waiting on closing documents related to the 1st initial payment of the up $50 million Term Sheet. Further, the company is focused on the year end 2025 annual filing completion. $UMAV's Skyborne Technology, Inc. is headed into the cold seal process of the 54 gore #2 inner envelope for the week of March 1, 2026 for finalization. $UMAV will update further when it has additional news on the funding.

$UMAV had a meeting with the FUND on 02/12/2026 to discuss the first payment from the $50M Term Sheet and a strategy moving forward. Priority #1 was agreed to retire the Senior debt. The $UMAV website has been taken down to update the site. $UMAV has purchased uavcorp.com and will be switching over to uavcorp.com. Additional updates will be forthcoming the week of 02/15/2026.

$UMAV's $50 million Term Sheet is still intact. $UMAV's Skyborne Technology has just executed an MOU to develop and test a new Nanotechnology to strengthen the rigid Drone LTA design and other drone platforms to protect sensitive areas of the platform as a possible game changer in aerospace manufacturing. $UMAV has a very busy month! $UMAV's Skyborne Technology is hiring Tether & Airship Pilots/Operators, Drone Pilots, AP Mechanics and Seamstresses for employment starting January 2026! $UMAV is gearing up for the Tether Drone Airship weight balance analysis scheduled for the January 2026 public event.

$UMAV has recalibrated the Autometrix CAD cutting table as the company is to complete the #2 inner envelope (helium/hydrogen bag) currently scheduled for finalization January 2026. The #2 inner envelope will add an additional 1000 to 1500lbs lifting capacity for the integration of advanced payloads as a requirement for certain added technologies .

$UMAV is looking forward to the 1st wire transfer from the FUND. As part of the Use of Proceeds, a payment will be sent to our legal counsel's escrow account to initiate the start of the retirement of the senior debt holders. A formal announcement will be forthcoming once the funds have been received and a Press Release is approved by all concerned parties. More to come from $UMAV!

$UMAV had a in person Team meeting with the up to $50 million "Fund" this past Thursday (10/11/25). The initial 90 day budget for approximately $10 million was approved at the meeting. More details forthcoming this week for $UMAV!

$UMAV’s airship pilot is close to entry into the USA. CBP communicated with the Pilot & Legal counsel this week that they need one clarification on the application. The good news his Case is on deck for entry! Also, the company received notification this past Wednesday from the “Fund” on the $50 million commitment, that there will be a meeting held with management & legal counsel(s) and other next week to work out the draw schedule to achieve $UMAV’s major milestones. $UMAV completed it's Q3 2025 Filing. The increased Authorized shares is due to debts that are owed to the Senior Debt Holders. $UMAV has been finalizing a loan from the $50 million Term Sheet this week as a 1st step thru legal counsel(s). The company is to complete the Q3 accounting early and should have a DRAFT tomorrow for review. The dilution in the market is due to legal obligations to satisfy the senior debt holders until said debt has been satisfied. Part of the loan is to be utilized to stop the bleeding… The pilot is still not in the U.S. due to further delays related to the government shutdown. The Work Visa under DHS/CBP that handles pushing the paper through has been contacted and waiting for feedback through legal counsel. $UMAV’s Skyborne Technology is opening a new office in Auburn, Alabama at Auburn University to work with Dr. Roy Hartfield at Auburn University for advanced propulsion and futuristic designs related to detachable sub-systems while in flight from rigid tether-drone airship platforms. $UMAV’s Skyborne Technology has made an executive decision to proceed with the weight balance analysis for the DART SA 70-12 drone airship with or without the pilot. The Work Visa Waiver Application & Work Visa I-192 are in the CBP system. However, due to the government shutdown, the company cannot wait any longer. The company on October 16th & 17th worked with both the aviation insurance underwriter and helium supplier to secure the event dates. Once finalized, the dates will immediately become public. $UMAV will start the manufacturing the week October 5, 2025 of a new inner envelope to increase the volume of the helium/hydrogen lifting gas capability. The company will be increasing the overall size of the second inner envelope due to the need to add additional payloads for the testing of advanced sensors, antennas, optics, communications and radar simultaneously. This new inner envelope holding the lifting gas will replace the current inner envelope once the initial flight tests have been completed of the DART SA 70-12 Tether-Drone Airship. The additional lift of the “70” will also increase altitude while testing a new hybrid electric power plant for propulsion. This change will not slow down the upcoming weight balance analysis and flight tests. Stay tuned to $UMAV…

Restatement: $UMAV increased the Authorized Shares back to 2 Billion Shares due to legal responsibilities to further pay back debt to the Senior debt holders. With ongoing negotiations on sales, new hires and other material events ongoing, the logical choice was to comply with the Senior debt holders to further advance $UMAV to achieve its goals and objectives. There seems to be positive news on multiple fronts and the "plan" is to have several Press Announcements forthcoming once there is closure on the milestones, once achieved. Stay tuned to $UMAV...

$UMAV has increased the Authorized shares back to its original 2 billion shares based on legal agreements with large senior debt holders. The toxic Note has been settled by the company as well as the majority of small Note holders have been retired. The largest Senior debt holder continues to be reduced significantly. The newly executed Term Sheet for up to $50 million has a provision to retire the remaining debt. A $UMAV Press Release near term will be forthcoming which will state dates for the Weight Balance Analysis public event, Funding Closure, Groundbreaking at $UMAV’s airport for the 300’ drone hangar and the build of a new DART 600 Tether-Drone airship with advanced electric propulsion.
