It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of our friend and colleague, Dr. Carroll (Mac) Harmon. Our deepest condolences go out to his family, friends, and all those who worked with him. We know his legacy will live on in the hundreds of people he helped train.

After 34 years of service at ECMC (and 42 years of practicing in Buffalo), Dr. William Flynn is hanging up the trauma and ICU pager. We're grateful he will still be performing elective surgeries while having more time for family and golf. Thank you & congratulations, Dr. Flynn!

An exciting milestone was reached this week 🌟 Dr. Jeffrey Visco and Colorectal Surgery Fellow, Dr. Tyler Collins completed the 20,000 robotic surgery case at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital! 🏥

There will be 154,270 new cases of colorectal cancer in 2025, but its a preventable cancer when caught early. Routine screening is recognized as the most effective way to reduce risk, and screening should begin at age 45 for average-risk individuals #ColorectalAwarenessMonth
