As a crypto native, do not bank with @UBank. I can personally attest that for depositing my money from @Ubank into legitimate crypto exchanges to buy @Bitcoin, @UBank will lock your account because you're a criminal.

@UBank RBA increased the rates, only, yesterday and within 24 hours, @UBank rushed to inform their customers that they will increase the home loan rates, the very next week! Even before the customers are fully informed of the new rates at this will come only, via letter, in two weeks!?!

Following the Reserve Bank of Australia’s decision to decrease the official cash rate by 0.25% per annum, Ubank will decrease home loan standard variable interest rates by 0.25% p.a. Ubank’s Neat and Flex variable rate changes announced today will be effective 21 August.

@UBank Wow, other banks give regular interest and on top of that bonus interest when conditions are met! So in months when bonus conditions aren’t met you’re really just keeping all the regular interest yourselves? “Bonus” seems like deceptive advertising, will check with @acccgovau

@UBank I have problems signing into my Ubank account. I called Ubank last week and today. Ubank gave me a link that was supposed to be able to upload my Australian passport details, but the link didn’t work. PLEASE HELP BEFORE I TAKE THIS CASE TO AFCA.

So some psycho holds me hostage for 36 hours at knifepoint, assaults me, robs me of my phone and ID, and I end up semi crippled at my mums house with nothing. Ironically, I can prove who I am to order a passport, but not for @UBank to give me my fucking money. You guys are shit.
