One Delicious Tradition: Revelle College recently hosted its 62nd Annual Watermelon Drop! 🍉 Each year, a watermelon "royalty" is selected to toss a watermelon over the 7th floor of Urey Hall into Revelle Plaza. The tradition first began as a science experiment in 1965.

The West Coast premiere of “The Monsters” marks a homecoming for @UCSDTheatre and Dance alumna Ngozi Anyanwu. The acclaimed playwright not only wrote the production but also co-stars in it during its run at La Jolla Playhouse through June 28. 🎭 bit.ly/4eUkmHD

Yasoda Satpathy graduated with her MD at just 21 years old 🩺 Dr. Satpathy graduated from high school at 14 years old, earned her undergraduate degree and began medical school at @UCSanDiego at 17 years old. Now 21, she will begin training at @UCLA in internal medicine in July.
