@pghsteelersgrl If we moved the tourney earlier, I think it would give the committee time to properly think ab it and not just give them to easy choice to place the winner in the same slot at the last minute

@pghsteelersgrl I disagree. VCU was the team to get kicked because by the time Sunday afternoon rolls around, the committee can’t be bothered to make a contingency bracket for the A10 to get 2 vs 3 bids so they just insert the conference champ into the slot no matter who it is

The fact VCU wasn’t going to make it without winning today is crazy. A10 needs to consider moving their tourney earlier in the week

The most infuriating thing is Dayton had the resources to do what VCU does!!! We are not a serious athletics school- we hire alum for key roles (coach, GM, you name it) because it is about community. You are not going to win in the transfer era with that mentality. Lock tf in

Last year Dayton finished 23-11 and 77th on kenpom. Right now Dayton is 23-11 and 78th in kenpom.

VCU is knocking down shots but a lot of good D by the Flyers. I like the pace, we just need to hit some shots as well but we are right there. Every run has had an answer- the key will be if we can put some consecutive stops AND get baskets to make our own run
