@namedotcom To be clear a response saying “speak to this department” isn’t a resolution it’s meaningless. I’m stuck in limbo until the people from that department “decide” to respond which would have prevented the issue in the first place.

Raising awareness of @namedotcom. They closed our domain provider account based on a mistake. We have been trying to contact them nonstop since MAY 26. With no 0 response to our issue - all we want to do is correct the mistake! Terrible support.

@namedotcom Unfortunately the reply is the standard canned response I’ve been receiving for weeks. The whole reason I even have an issue is because your charges department doesn’t respond to questions or even requests to fix the issue on my end!

@namedotcom Still waiting for any kind of response @namedotcom is it normal practice to randomly close someone’s account who’s only tried to work with you to get an issue resolved following every instruction sent by your team??
