@Motawif_SA @Motawif_SA I was finally able to make payment from USA. I tried the following banks; Chase, and Wells Fargo, but all payments got rejected, not until I tried a Credit Union CC. Though I had to be on phone with the Fraud Unit of the bank during the transaction. So try a CU card.

@HamdiHasan14 @Motawif_SA Thanks! I tried again, and the profile status now shows “pending”.

@UFatokun @Motawif_SA My sister law in few minutes ago got this same message, she tried again within few minutes and was able to get ti her application. It must some website issued.

Have you checked your application status on our platform? Here are a few points to help you better understand the next steps - If the application status is 'approved,' it means that your application has been selected. You can now proceed to package selection and payment.

@themadmocro @Rikki38014666 @Motawif_SA Allah knows best, probably it is not my time to perform Hajj. I will attempt again next year and hopefully the system is much better.

@UFatokun @Rikki38014666 @Motawif_SA They should at least tell you what is missing and allow you to correct it. But I guess this is year is special. Hopefully they will take more time for the reviewing next year.

@Motawif_SA I just checked the status of my application. Unfortunately, I have been dropped from the draw. In sha Allah next year would be my time for hajj.

- If the application status is 'amendment,' you've been selected but need to review your application and resubmit using the correct or missing documents, which will change to "draft." - If the application status is 'pending,' we still need to review your papers and update you.
