@chrissycee75 Hello @chrissycee75 - we do not control the NETFILE, that is a service from the CRA. They issue the error messages not us. Please call the CRA to confirm if they received the tax return. Thank you.

@UFile There is some kind of an error with Netfile on your site. Please ask them to investigate it

@UFile assisted my family members with their tax returns, received "accepted" msgs on your site which then read "rejected." The filings were shown in their CRA accounts so there must be something wrong with your site

@AndreaIorio17 Hello Andy, go in the spouse's file, in the identification, go to the question: Do you have the same address as your spouse? - choose: Yes, but different phone # and then enter the telephone number.

@UFile Why in the world does this phone number issue appear year after year?? Can't file my spouse and son's TP-1 because of this weird message about wrong phone input. So fed up.
