I think some people might need to think about this one. And some people might become a bit concerned as they do. In my opinion, perhaps some people, including some LawTubers should learn about the laws in the state in which they are covering a trial on YouTube. That includes what is permitted in court so you are not misleading your viewers. In my opinion, you hold a responsibility to be someone who should be portraying things according to the state laws as you are representing yourself as attorneys and your viewers are likely assuming that you know what you are talking about in that realm. Or you could add a disclaimer that while you claim to be an attorney you should not be relied upon to give factual statements throughout your coverage of trials in states where you are not licensed and that much of what you might say about procedure is your opinion, not necessarily the law. And emphasize that if viewers want to know the actual laws and procedure they should not rely on you to provide it. And that you often operate on bias before trials begin versus listening to the evidence. Oh and that you might be committing defamation and/or leading your followers to do so which could result in possible legal issues for yourself or those who commit defamation as well. #TheMoreYouKnow 👀🤭

I keep hearing that we should all be more open minded and consider the House Defendants version of events…and honestly, I would love to. I would love to believe them. I would love to support them. I would love to say this was all one big misunderstanding. But I can’t even get past the part that their own testimony doesn’t fit with basic physics, basic space, or basic common sense. 3 separate people who were directly behind Karen’s vehicle testified they were stopped at the mailbox behind her. All three said they saw the dome light on. All three said there was only one person in the SUV. Okay… fine. But according to the same narrative we’re supposed to believe  that Higgins’ Jeep was parked right there Jen McCabe was at the front door, Jen’s first statement says she saw the passenger door open with the dome light on and Karen somehow reversed a long distance… without hitting the Jeep…without anyone noticing anything unusual… I’m still waiting for someone anyone on that side to explain how all of those things can be true at the same time. Because right now, the only thing that doesn’t fit… is their version. So answer me this... If john was not in the vehicle where was he Where was higgins's jeep? Where did jen's open passenger door statement dissappear to, when she was standing at the front door? Let's start there! #JusticeforJohnOkeefe

It is more likely that when Karen reversed at 75% throttle at 24 mph, she clipped him, threw him off balance, and he fell and hit his head. It explains the broken taillight, the shards found on the scene and in his clothes, the data from her SUV, and the data from his phone that stopped moving at the same time as the reverse maneuver until it was found under him at 6:15 am.

You are such an asshole. I don't usually say it that way, but anyone who goes after this innocent kid deserves whatever suffering comes to them in life, and I hope karma brings it double. Not even Karen Read accuses Colin anymore. The kid was gone minutes before Karen and John arrived, drove past the driveway at 14.5 MPH and stopped by the flagpole, where they sat in the Lexus for 8 minutes. And you've known a long time that Karen is guilty. Your own lawyer told you. And the evidence is overwhelming. So you are willing to destroy innocent kids...for what? So you don't have to get a real job? So brainless women will flock to you because you are in the limelight? You are an asshole.

Part 1 It’s been a long couple of days, and I’m sorry I wasn’t able to be more present yesterday. As some of you know, I was driving most of the day when a woman ran a red light and caused a minor fender bender. Everyone is fine; it was just a headache added to an already long trip 🥴 Today I get the pleasure of dealing with insurance companies. With that said, I think it’s time for me to go. But I have a few things to say first. While the bad can sometimes seem to outweigh the good here, there are actually some truly wonderful, kind, and intelligent people in this space. I will always be grateful for crossing paths with them and having them in my life. I learned a lot from them. Others, unfortunately, have been cruel or disappointing. I was only ever here to speak out against bullying. Ironically, many of the people I fiercely defended were the first ones to jump on board with some new account’s wild accusations...or simply turn a blind eye to them. That was disheartening, but I chose to ignore it and move on. However it seemed me ignoring it, just made them escalate it. They got louder and the accusations got wilder. The lies, parody accounts, spaces, etc. apparently weren’t enough...they needed more. After holding a whole ass space accusing me of being 30 proTB accounts and sending people to my DMs to ask me about it directly, the response was to melt down and dox me because of how I responded?! Let’s also be clear: I never once said that anyone else called anyone a “mean girl.” I said that myself. And it was probably two paragraphs below where I even mentioned two other people leaving the group. But since some of you are so fond of sharing screenshots and private DMs, I’ll count on you to post those too. Yes, I tweeted—and told MLF—“fck ’em, tell them I lied,” because I was done giving explanations or providing proof (private screenshots) to people who had already decided I was lying. They were going to call me a liar regardless, or find something else to attack. Why waste that time? And really—what matters here? Is calling someone a “mean girl” the end of the world? If those words are that triggering, maybe there’s a reason. If someone held a space accusing you of being accounts that aren’t yours, and someone DM’d you directly asking why...what would you have said? Especially knowing that someone you considered a friend was encouraging it? (Yes, I have proof.) I think some of you would have had far harsher words than “mean girls.” The reaction did not match the alleged offense. Not even close. I think everyone really needs to take a step back and look at what’s been happening. The tactics employed: Accuse someone of being a “fake supporter” or an anti. Claim they’re sock accounts they aren’t. Accuse them of hacking. Smear them before they can even speak. Ridicule them for sharing private screenshots to defend themselves—after using private screenshots to attack them. Spread rumors as truth on large platforms. Use minions to do the dirty work while pretending your hands are clean. I haven’t done those things to anyone—but they have absolutely been done to me. For the record, not even a YouTube creator has access to someone’s PII when they send a Super Chat—let alone a moderator. Mods can remove comments and block people. That’s IT. Look at what’s being said, and who is saying it 🙄 It’s ridiculous...and suspicious. I’ll also point out that TB can hardly do a show without mentioning the Raccoon and the Koala. Suddenly new players appear, seeking out personal conflict and pushing this narrative about a raccoon—using all the same TB tactics. Maybe I’m wrong, but it sure feels like it and like a lot of people fed right into it who should have known better.
