I can't believe I'm coming back to Twitter after 10 years just to get some customer service. @UGG has had my shoes for over 6 weeks for a warranty claim. It takes 5 days to respond over email. They said they were going to issue me a credit. How hard is it?

@UGG lies to their customers, and refuse to honor sales price adjustment matches when THEY screw up the order. They tell you tuff luck, and then tell you you have to pay the full price, when THEY screwed up!

@UGG the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order on Black Friday to receive the gift which I ended up paying for anyway due to it being returned to sender by UPS. It is now February, 5 interactions with customer service and still no blanket. Never again

Hey @UGG @UGG_Support—Long-time fan, but these Neumel Chelseas had a structural sole failure after only 10 wears. Tread is pristine (see pics), yet the foam has a clean split. Can you help with a replacement via photo verification to avoid a weeks-long mail-in "evaluation"?
