It is with deep shock and sadness that the High Commission of Uganda in Kigali announces the passing of our Deputy Head of Mission, Amb. Santa Mary Laker Kinyera, which took place on 03 March 2026 at Mulago Specialised National Referral Hospital in Kampala.
