JUST IN: 🇹🇼🇪🇺🇺🇦 Taiwan becomes drone powerhouse as exports surge to Europe’s front lines
Taiwan has emerged as a key drone supplier, exporting more UAVs in Q1 2026 than in all of 2025, with large volumes heading toward Ukraine via Europe.
Exports reached $115.85M in three months, with over 136,000 drones shipped, as Czech Republic and Poland act as transit hubs.
The shift follows export restrictions by China, driving demand for “non red” supply chains free from Chinese components.
With output targets climbing to 180,000 units annually, Taiwan is rapidly becoming a central player in the drone driven battlefield.

@David_Hambling Judging by the relatively low speed and size of the munition, it was likely an APKWS. Of course, the video doesn’t provide a clear view of the missile to be certain. However, spent APKWS rocket motors are a very common sight in Dnipro.

今天还有个新闻：前首相岸田文雄，即将就任“日印协会”的会长。 此次受经管签政策变更影响最大的，无疑是中国人。刨掉那些虚假的空壳公司，诚实经营的还是中国人最多。但是几乎所有人要么一声不吭吃哑巴亏增资雇人，要么关门歇业卖会社，跟在中国被共产党铁拳了一样，自认倒霉。 反而最早是印度人社区和尼泊尔人社区，开始在媒体上讲述自己，在新政策下遇到的困难，分析政策的不合理性。而且印度人社区内部，有互相的帮助，声量统一。 我在想，中国人到底和别人差在哪呢？哦，大抵是不会玩democratic politics（民主政治）。印度几十年的民主政治，让人们知道，政策是民意与民意代表主导的，发声与参与是第一步。而中国的专制政治，造就了人们闷头适应政策的习惯。 而且中国人社区，不光没有这样积极与日本社会链接，将自己的声音诉诸于媒体的，更不堪的是，在几类人里面，甚至有一些不遗余力摧毁社区（又或者说，其实根本就不存在现代市民社会civil society意义上的中国人社区）。 一类是已经解决身份的，恨不得比网右还夸张，以彰显自己“融入”了。一类是各种支黑，以嘲笑中国人的艰辛为乐。还有不差钱的，张口就是3000万都准备不出来吗。稍加分析，就会发现，他们分别是在用法律身份、道德优越性和财富，来和所谓的一般中国人做隔离，但是你身在海外就注定，排外发生的时候，这些都不是完美的护身符。 岸田文雄就任日印协会会长，想必关于在日印度人遇到的经管签更新困难，很快就会摆到他的案头。岸田派（宏池会）解散前，在众参两院合计人数有近50人，实力不凡。即使现在解散了影响力也不是就烟消云散了。说不定政策的调整会从印度人社区的努力开始。 前段时间，中文推特上流传两个事情，一个是经管签严格化，最终打击了南亚、东南亚人（所谓他们没钱增资），另一个是技人国N2最终打击了欧美人（所谓他们不懂汉字），中国人完美避开，真是开心快活。看到后，真的被那种鸡贼给恶心到了。经管签和N2要求，没打击到中国人吗？只不过人家不像中国人一样吃蔫亏罢了！ 最终可能是，经管签和技人国人数最多的中国人，因为一盘散沙，没有社区，在这次日本的外国人政策严厉化中，只能搭南亚东南亚人和欧美人的便车，享受别人争取来的一些政策修正的果子。 news.jp/i/142102525728…
