@uhbtrust ive been sent a text msg reminder for an appointment that I was never made aware of, isn’t on the nhs app and I haven’t been sent a letter for. All it states is the date and no time, what kind of reminder is that!!! I call the number to find out the time and no answer

seems like @uhbtrust just want rid of the elderly.. nan goes in as a fall risk, we say we can't do it all, we get no updates on her (we asked if we could as being as she's 98).. today they discharge her without us even knowing into respite care.

@uhbtrust why do you insist on phoning, cutting off before the call can be answered and never leaving a message? And, despite leaving numerous contact phone numbers are they never answered? This is not a random occurrence, in my case this has been going on for 6 months.

My wife has been in there for nearly 4 months and it has been an horrendous experience.

I spoke to @bbcmtd about the CQC report into urgent & emergency care at Queen Elizabeth hospital, which says improvements are needed. I’ve written to @uhbtrust leaders demanding answers on how they’ll address safety concerns, cancelled operations & A&E overcrowding.

Still the district nurse service refuse WHY?

@uhbtrust how do we get tissue viability to come see my mothers leg, she’s been on ur good hope ward for 2 weeks. They have looked @ two pics, and said treat it this way. This leg has been bad for 6 months and now 2 weeks in ur hospital and it’s worst it’s ever been! Please help!

@DawnFields30419 The traffic congestion at Heartlands Hospital is due to repairs being carried out by Cadent (gas network) on the Bordesley Green Road and four-way traffic lights. We can only apologise to you the inconvenience and distress caused. We are monitoring the situation very closely.

@uhbtrust, your car park at Hearlands is a joke!!! 50 mins waiting to get out and we are nowhere near the exit yet 😕 I hope you don't charge me extra for parking as its not my fault I cannot get out in the allowed 20mins !!!
