@SwanseaCouncil Road works on Peniel Green meant 2 have finished yesterday. Roads not done 2 same standard holes & ramps left & now causing flooding which will damage cars parked.. what’s going on!!! You didn’t even notify houses the work was being done let alone not finish it!

@British_Airways 2 weeks now can’t log into the app. Deleted and reloaded multiple times but constant error. I’ve said it before being a gold member is pointless!

@NHSuk James Preston Centre in Sutton Coldfield absoluteoy horrific service. Chasing dressings all the time that run out for my mother. Physio needed 3 months ago and no sign … head district nurse never phones back even when want to complaint. You’re failing out pensioners

@British_Airways has turned into an absolute joke. Checking in business and gold at Delhi and no desk, no one organising, back of the queue for premium …why pay all that money for a service that is getting worse and worse and worse

@Enterprise terrible service at Heathrow currently. Waiting 20 mins and still appears only 1 or 2 people showing customers to cars! Busiest airport in country and this levle of service!

@SthStaffsWater when r ur customer services & metre fix a month old issue. A new metre fitted on disabled & elderly moms flat 1 month ago. Hardly uses any water & still being told metre readings r wrong, bills being sent say owe £182! This needs sorting! @age_uk

@CelebrityCruise knowing that your premium price drinks are $19 why does this offer say drinks up $17. We booked this for last cruise and want to book again but these aren’t the premium prices.
