In 2022 we were around 75 MW’s short of BR+. Significant focus on both recruitment and retention has seen all vacancies now recruited to, 100% retention of NQMs for over 2 yrs, turnover improved improved by over 4% #proud @UHNM_DOM @TracyBullock12 @DonnaJBrayford
