Yesterday, I turned 23 🎉 It was a beautiful sunny day, and I spent it with friends and dogs, at the gym, playing volleyball, enjoying some good food, and watching football in the evening. Sometimes it’s okay to take a small break, even when you’re working hard toward your goals.
